Prices per house: from 199000 Euro. Monthly rent: from 1100 euros. Rental period: between 23 and 32 years. There are neither deposit nor remaining purchase price. "Our target group are people who do not get credit from their bank," says Gecci CEO Gerald Evans. "They get their liquidity and are independent of interest and rent developments."
